| Feral Cat Program |

| Please ensure that your cat has a ribbon or collar as the District, pursuant to Council direction, will be commencing its feral cat program on August 11, 2010 and this is the only method to distinguish your domestic cat from a feral cat. The feral cat program will last for the months of August and September, 2010. |

| Effective immediately, and until further notice, the Kappel Street Boat Launch is CLOSED. The general public is requested to use the Finlayson Street boat launch. |

Sicamous is a young, growing community with a population of approximately 3,100 full time residents. This new official website provides information on municipal government, its programs and services. The District hopes it will be useful as we strive to provide open and accountable government.

To view the children's submissions, please click Parkview Elementary - Grade 6 Class Miss Tyssen-Ziola's Grade 6 Class from Parkview Elementary submitted many letters and posters detailing wonderful ideas for water conservation and reducing water pollution. Mayor MacLeod and Council wished to share those ideas with the community.
